Prescription treatment

The cost of treatment

The cost of treatment is discussed during your consultation.

We do not publish it here, because what is appropriate for you — and therefore what it costs — depends on the doctor's assessment. Your doctor will tell you the cost before you are asked to pay anything, and you are free to decide not to proceed.

Collection from Klinik Lai is free. If you send a courier, you arrange and pay for it directly. See the collection and delivery options.

Payment

No. It is not refunded if the doctor decides treatment is not appropriate for you, or if you do not attend without changing your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
