Book your consultation

Online consultation booking is opening shortly. When it is ready, the consultation links on this website will take you directly to the booking system.

What to expect

When booking opens

  1. You choose an available date and time for a private video consultation.
  2. You provide your name and email address so we can send your appointment details.
  3. A doctor registered with the Malaysian Medical Council reviews your health history and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
  4. If treatment is right for you, your doctor will prescribe it and arrange payment and collection with you.

Limited to the first 100 patients.

Treatment cost is discussed during the consultation and depends on the doctor's assessment.

Collection

Make sure the clinic is within reach

Anything prescribed is dispensed at Klinik Lai in Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru. You collect it in person, or arrange and pay for a same-day courier such as Grab or Lalamove to collect it for you. The clinic does not post treatment.

If you live far from Johor Bahru, consider whether a same-day collection journey is practical before booking.
